We stand behind the BAT TRAC® and want you to be fully satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a refund under the following terms:

Single-Unit Guarantee: Only one BAT TRAC® per customer is eligible for a refund. Multi-pack purchases are non refundable.

Refund Window: You must request your return within 30 days of receiving your product.

Condition: Returns must include all original parts and not be excessively damaged due to misuse. Normal signs of use are expected.

Refund Process:

• Complete our short feedback survey (required to initiate your return).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Refunds exclude expedited shipping fees and international shipping costs.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Orders received by 12:00 PM PST Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders received over weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

What the warranty covers:

BAT TRAC warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, BAT TRAC will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product. Limitation of implied warranties:

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, THIS PRODUCT IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BAT TRAC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NON- INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Exclusion of damages:

BAT TRAC'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENTOF THE PRODUCT.

BAT TRAC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

1. DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY CAUSED BY USE OF THE BAT TRAC, AND ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT

2. ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE.

3. ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE CUSTOMER BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
